Random Video or .flv within a channel not set to random.

Currently we have a Channel that has a 1 hour timeline that repeats.  Within that channel we have a mixture of set scheduled content.  Every 5 Minutes a Video file plays and between them there is 5 minutes of static and text content.  Is there a way to have just the Video play random or shuffled video from uploaded Video Content.  This way we could  upload 50 Video Segments and it would appear random throughout the day.  It would also cut down the scheduling maintenance. 

I know the Random features exist but that is for the entire channel.
