Assume AMD LX-800 embeded system board preload XP and IE browser. Can it run Adobe AIR and Adobe Flash 10.1?

I can't way as we did not test this config.
What I can say is that if your device will run AIR 1.5, our SignagePlayer will work in it...

By the way, AMD LX-800 CPU is only 500 MHZ. Can it have enough power to run AIR 1.5 and Flash 10.1?

Only once HW accel is on and only for H264 Video and static images:
