Is there a limit to the number of viewers (zones)?

Hi,

There appears to be a limit in the number of viewers (zones) that can be displayed on a screen layout. I recently attempted to use 7 viewers but one (random) zone failed to display.

Is this a limit of the the system, perhaps specific to the media types or number of components, or a PC processor/memory (performance) issue...or something else?

no, there are no limits...
In fact we tested 100 Screen divisions (zones) with Layers and all worked great (on a BLACKBOX-300).
