HTML Component Support
« on: August 19, 2014, 05:47:01 AM »
Currently, it seems that the HTML Component does not support any type of scripting.

Javascript specifically

It doesn't support yahoo.com on a small size, as it is dynamic and will use scripting to make the pages.

As the modern internet moves forward, the HTML Component is left behind -- ironically with the icon of HTML5

Please update the HTML Component to support modern websites.
Using Firefox is not an option when the web site needed is part of a scene in rotation with many other pieces of content.

After further review -- some sites work -- some don't

I can't determine the reason why, as I loaded 2 different review widgets and one worked, one did not -- despite similar code.

Any input would be helpful.

Can you share what the sites are and which ones work and which ones don't?

yahoo.com did not work when you make it less then 500 wide.

It converts to a mobile version and says "not data available" (or similar)
