A quick question:

When a customer signs on and installs an airplayer, I should be able to see that account under my Resellers Studio. 

Now, what happens if that account becomes delinquent and I need to remove their account?  I don't see an option to do that in the Resellers Studio.  It would be nice to be able to suspend or delete an associated account.

Our buisness mode is as follow:

#1. If you have the email access to the account ( i.e.: you created the account on behalf of YOUR customer) you can change the password (since you can reset via email) and thus gain control of the account.

#2. If the account is of someone you DO NOT know (passive account that someone created under your reseller account) you can only have view only access to basic data.

In both cases you will get recurring income from us for accounts which are under your reseller account...

In case the passive (#2) customer stops paying, you notify us (via a button in the billing studio), we will in turn send an automatic email to the customer (via a 3rd domain name so MediaSignage is transparent) and if no response or confirmation of EOS (end of subscription) we will suspend the account.
