Android Player and Portrait (vertical) mode
« on: August 13, 2014, 03:12:39 AM »
Hi to all.
I have setup and configure android box with Signage Player in vertical mode.
I have two problem to resolve,
- client start ok , but display only a part of campaign ,it cut approx one half of area (dx vertical)
- the player shut down in may case after 1/2 minutes of right work

I have understand that signage player for android work in 1280 x 720 resolution (not full Hd)
and i have set , screen type, campaign and resources with the right resolution.
Tks
Alberto

When you say set always in landscape mode in signage studio what does it mean? what screensize did you select.

Your Screen Type you set up 1280x 720,(even you set up 1920x1080 still work), But your Timeline you use portrait file.
