« on: November 10, 2009, 09:36:32 PM »
I tried integrating this HTML page which gives traffic updates:http://www.karnataka.com/tourism/bangalore/live-traffic.html

It says Airplayer doesnot support vector rendering, and gives a message and when i say ok it works inside the studio when i create the scene, but when i run it creates a problem

Private release 1.8 supports external application.
You can now embed Firefox inside a screen division.
This will fix your issue.

We will soon post a video on how to set all this up.

Regards,

David - MediaSignage.com

FYI

If you are going to try it, be sure to put full path with forward slashes as in c:/program files/mozilla/firefox.exe
args: http://www.cnn.com

and use this to create a clean Firefox with no borders:

For application type: c:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe
For args type: http://google.com

Of course make sure Firefox is installed on the SignagePlayer PC.

Eric.
