For anyone interested in doing this, I've found a way round it - its a little tricky but it works!
1, Run the signage player, wait till it loads, then press escape and pause it.
2, Run Zattoo, pick the chanel you want to show and set it to "Always On Top"
3, Click play on Signage player
4, Quickly click and hold on the Zattoo window and wait for the signage player to load fully.
5, place the zattoo window where ever you want on the screen and resize if needed.
