Fonts not works on Android

Fonts "Rss Custom" are not displayed correctly. Only some fonts appear in the players.

After lots of reading, it appears that many people are having issues with fonts displaying properly on Android players.     If this is a limitation or a 'feature' of Android OS dealing with fonts, it would be helpful if a Digital Signage employee would comment on the situation or even better, post a list of supported fonts.

I've found a workaround for my font issue that I thought I'd share with everyone..

I'm using the HTML component to display a web page via the Android media player device.   I've found that crafting css and using @font-face allows me to specify my font file via URL.  the Android device downloads the font file and displays my page as desired.

Put your font file on your webserver and note the path.

in your style.css put the following:

@font-face\
{font-family: MyFont;
src: url('ht tp://path to your web server/foldername/fontfile.ttf');
}

Reference your font using the MyFont  id and it should use your custom font file.
