Synchronized playback on Signage Players

Hi,

I have 10+ Android sticks running Signage Player. The issue is: I cannot keep running videos synchronized. I guess, if this software counts as a Digital Signage solution so there should be a way to make those players to run synchronized? Is there any solution who could do that?

if you change your campaigns from sequence to schedule and create a schedule for the day, and have it repeat forever (the schedule that is) then they will sync.  Its not a dead on answer but a work around.  I have done this a few times and works well, basically if your time line is 10 mins long, then have it restart every hour or two.  Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. But still I don't understand, why there is no official solution instead of workaround... By the way, after some research I've found out another companies solution, but that will be published at the end of August.

I hope DS will be inspired from them and will implement a solution as soon as possible.

The syncing is very nice, but it has a lot of setting FTP / LAN in this program, I still prefer "DigitalSignage" for being all online and free (to start is very good). But the sync of this program you mentioned is excellent!

By the way, after talking to awesome Live Support, they've provided me SignageController, which solved issues with schedule. I was thinking that something was broken with a schedule, while it seems to be working now Thanks a lot to Live Support technician

While I have an issue with deployment. 3rd party sticks are not rooted and I need to setup Android manually one by one (setup google account, install signageplayer, enter credentials). There are 200 pieces needs to be set up and it takes a long time to finish them all. Anyone could offer some solution? All 200 Android sticks are identical (MK809).

I could set 30 of them successfully, while the ones after 30 change in Studio but after some time when I log in, their names reset back to the previous one. What could be the issue of it? Could it be because of limitation as we are using free version?

There is no limitation described here, I believe that the problem would not be this, because if it were it would not have the possibility to not add more than 30 players.
