I am suggesting that Media Signage nominate a couple of people on this forum to be administrators or go between people asking questions and Media Signage.

There are a lot of questions that go unanswered and there are a lot of old post's that need to be cleaned up.

Media Signage has a great product but you guys are missing out on the little things that are important to the customers. Just like you have lots of features with your product but some of the essential ones that customers ask for seem to be left behind.

The forum is for community support (user to user), that's the purpose of the forum.
We jump in once in a while to help, but it's not main support pipeline for us, we provide support via Live chat, phone etc.

We do have a couple of admins on the site moderating.
