« on: October 05, 2009, 11:39:42 AM »

This is what you need to do:

1. Use the External video or External swf/image component on the timeline
2. Link to http URL that you can access the file from]
3. If you want to access the file locally, install a Free Apache Server  ( http://www.trieuvan.com/apache/httpd/binaries/win32/apache_2.2.14-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi )
4. Host the resource file in the Apache /home dir
5. Link to it using http://x.x.x.x/some_file.flv (if video used)
6. You can even run it locally within the same player and so you will access it via http://127.0.0.1/some_file.flv
