Currently I am looking for some compatible Android players. At the moment I have a Cozyswan S400 working flawlessly (output 1280x720). Now I would like to know if someone has tryed the (tronsmart) CX919. These are the specs:
Android 4.2.2 OS
Quad Core ARM Cortex A9,Rockchip RK3188 1.6 GHz
GPU offers 3D graphic with OpenGL ES2.0 and OpenVG 1.1
2D/3D GPU (4 x mali 400, 500MHz)
2GB DDR3 RAM,8GB Nand flash ROM
Wifi:IEEE 802.11 b/g/n, Built-in AP6210 WiFi(2.4G)+Bluetooth 4.0 Module
External Wifi Antenna
The Cozyswan S400 has similair specs and is also running android 4.2.2. I would like to use the CX919 because it has some more power than the Droid-85 and is cheaper to buy (especially since MS doesn't have European stock, so all has to come from The Stats...). I am just wondering what type of 'special android' the droid-85 is running. With the Cozyswan I used some third party apps to get the following:
Autostart
Full screen
Automatic clock synchronization over the internet
If deliverytime (and delivery reliability) from MS products would be better in Europe, I would just order a bunch of the Droid-85, but unfortunately it is not... (I have read a topic where some1 had ordered 50 pieces, but they were stuck at US customs...)
The T428 or iMiTo QX2 are also 2 possible candites, the iMiTo QX2 even supports an optional external WIFI adapter, VERY nice.
