Having problem hosting video tutorials on wordpress site

I have been messing with trying to get my wordpress site to display video tutorials. I have followed directions to a tee and can't seem to get tutorials to appear. I have downloaded the two files (videotutorialsV4.swf and mediacloud.xml) and then uploaded to the root of my site. I have copied and pasted the code as it appears below tutorials  into site using raw tags on site. Still nothing appears. I'm betting it's something simple. Please help!

I'm working on this issue as well. I had it working yesterday before installing some plugins. Could you list what plugins you have and what theme you're using? Based on my experience it's related to how HTML is used by the theme which can be affected by your plugins.

If you send me the copy of the scripts you are using to place in the HTML area of your site, I will take a look at it. Also let me know what directory you have placed the files in.

I've resolved the issue by changing WordPress hosts www.wordpress.com didn't let me get into the source code like I wanted so I switched to www.hfxhosting.com and now it works as expected. I've got root access to my WordPress code.
