Clock in a different time zone

I found several interesting clocks at the public sharing resource space. But they're always in a different time zone than ours. Is there a way to change it?

The clocks are just swfs.
They do not have timezones. They are controlled by the local PC or Bios time.

I played with the clock SWF's and find the some of the swf times are incorrect as well. At 5:30PM local, the SignageStudio preview show the Comic Clock at 5:20pm, but the SignagePlayer on a computer confirmed to have the same time shows 9:30. However the Flip-clock black is correct on SignageStudio and Signage Player.

Maybe the individual swf's can pick a time zone other thank local?

I hove no idea.
