Content according to conditions
« on: January 09, 2014, 11:45:00 AM »
Hello,

I need an advice.
What would be the best way to manage the following scenario.

A time line of 5 minutes displaying jpg 10 seconds each.  So a total of 30 different images.
We have a lot of players in different cities.  All the 30 images are the same except for 2 (so 28 are the same...).  These 2 images depend on which city the player is located.

Is the only solution to create multiple timelines?  If so, this is not very efficient.  So I cross my fingers there is a better way.

Thank you

I cant see any other way of doing this other than creating the multiple timelines. If you feel there is going to be an issue in making the changes on the set of 28 images in case you need to delete or add any images in this set of 28 images then you could have a scene with a collection component of 28 images and load it on to the timelines and then add the other two images as needed in the each city timeline.
Any changes in collection component would reflect in all the timelines at one shot.
