mediaDroid 150 video file size
« on: December 02, 2013, 07:43:35 AM »
Hello,
What is the recommended video size for the mediaDroid 150? I have 720p, .MP4 video files and will be placing them full-screen in a campaign. The files are large (800mgs. to 1 gig) Will the player support a 1 gig file size? Or, is it best to edit the file into smaller segments of about 50mgs file sizes?
Thank you.

Hi,
We have all sizes... 2-20 minutes each. MP4, 720p. (fashion show videos) I need to fill up 1 hour every few weeks, full-screen.
I purchased the mediaDroid 150 but cannot get it to work. Keeps going to connect screen, but no way to connect it. So will be returning it.

Thanks.

Hi,
I cannot connect the mediaDroid 150 with my TV. I created an account and campaign and have a new TV. I connected the Droid to my TV via HDMI cable and have WIFI connected to the TV. When I power the Droid 150 the screen shows the Signage logo and then a screen with: Default Server on top, and Connect under that. But no way to click on Connect (looks like a tablet screen). I did click Home on the remote, and see the Android screen (green) with Signage Controller on left and Signage Player on right. When I click on Controller I get a keyboard image with no instructions. When I click on Player it takes me back to Connect screen.
The Droid 150 package did not include any helpful set-up instructions (the box did have a quick set-up for the Droid 85)
