I have a media player that I purchased from ds with a media box about a year ago.
The HDMI is not working on reboot.
Hardware diagnostics show that it is there, without issue, but connected -- it does not work after reboot.
I checked the hdmi cord with another computer. no issues.
VGA works.
I thought about doing a windows update -- it has not been updated since 2011 - but windows says that an admin must do this.
Suggestions?
