HTML refresh question
« on: January 22, 2012, 08:59:09 PM »
Is there a way to prevent the HTML component from going to a white background, or flickering, when it refreshes?  I have ran the campaign on a number of different systems and they all have this flicker when the components refresh.

The white background for HTML is hardcoded into the system and cannot be changed. Not sure what you are referring to with the flickering.. but if its the transitions its the same thing hardcoded. But we do have transition effects as part of new features to be released in future revisions of the software.

Any update on the transition effects? I'm receiving complaints about the "lightning bolt flash" transition.

we will support a new level of transitions (GPU) in late Jan / Feb that potentially could be used as a workaround...
