Integration to private ADNET

I'm new to private media ADNET integration.
If there any guideline to create a new package with single new resource file in certain start/end datetime via Adnet Webservice/ API.
Appreciated for the someone reply here. Thank you.

currently we support only dropbox resources for the API.

the project was developed using Angular2 and redux so it is very simple for any ng2 developer to take over the project as it is an opinionated framework.
