Preview Scenes in Timeline isn't accurate
« on: November 01, 2013, 07:02:45 AM »
Hello

We provide our customers with coupon templates. When they are previewed in the timeline, the text is not seen.

Anyone else experiencing this when scenes are previewed?
Are other components not showing also?

Which preview?
Preview as in External Browser
or
Preview inside signage studio by pressing play on timeline?

Preview in timeline by pressing play.

It worked with the previous versions.

But I'm not seeing the updated scene content in preview when pressing play --

On the web -- it works.

That might be because play area is not big-enough to display all content.
Maybe it is playing but hidden behind other objects.

Some of the components are fluid/elastic so they auto adjust to the given area and some are fixed.
When viewing in small resolution they all look out of place and can easily overlap each other.
