Twitter works exactly in the same way you setup the Weather and with YouTube you can Add a list of videos (space delimited) or select from "Most watched" drop down.
You are a MediaSignage Guru Anoop, I am sure you will figure it out

 One has to be a GURU  by now knowing well that i am married to Mediasignage
 I figured it out but was not able to see the transitions ;
