Super Wide LCD Monitor and Pixel Question
« on: September 16, 2013, 03:52:11 PM »
Hello,

We just purchased a GVision Super Wide LCD screen from a reseller and we have a question about the screen resolution and pixel count. The monitor we purchased is quite unique in that the screen resolution is 1920 x 540 so we are wondering what's the best way to configure Signage Studio and the media player to make this work. We chose this display/monitor because it easily fits on a shelf in our bar but we can't figure out how to get it to work properly and we certainly don't want to install a standard display because it's too big.

Any advice?

Thanks

If you can get a video card or your video driver to set a resolution of 1920X540 in your PC then the signage player can run with that configuration.
