Will Transitions Be Available BEFORE final release?

...I know the dust hasn't even settled yet but...

Where's the Transition effects...

Our road map is
1 release final build around oct 13
2 release advertising engine
3 extra features such as transition

Isn't it humorous that customers don't really care about all the techno uberness thats built into a product...

They know what they want though...and thats pizazz. Wow-factor if you will.

So here I stand, between the clients wishes and the programmers prowess with most of our client presentations ending with:

..."its kinda choppy" don't ya think.
..."More slideshow than TV" don't ya think.
..."Can you make it more like PowerPoint..."
Arghhhh.

Its great that we now have 88 languages... but ya gotta remember if it does not present the tools to hold the users attention...it doesnt matter what language its in.

what are we selling but...a digital photo frame right now. *yawn*

transitions are the visual queue that the topic is changing, they provide the lead-in to anticipate something else...your missing the boat by treating it like a frivelous add-on 'feature' and not a core visual element.

I  would gladly trade ALL the work you've done on sounds (since customers turn off the sound once they've been droned by it in the loop) for just a decent Fade-out/in.

The advertising engine is our #1 requested feature. We design the road map by the customer's requests that is the reason why we prioritize the advertising engine. Once that is done, we will be able to move into other areas including Studio general Copy / Past, transisitions and more.
