Hi there,

I have the same issue. I work with the studio which can be logged in directly on the Mediasignage homepage.

(Size of the file on my computer is 20.1 KB, type of file .jpg,  resolution: 198x45 pixels)

I need a solution until Friday August 6th, because I need the picture the Monday after.

We are able to do a remote assistance session over Teamviewer, if you recommand.

Thanks a lot for your help.

regards

Chris

@PIT,

I found a solution/workaround:

In my case it was working after I installed the local SignageStudio on my computer.
I work with Windows 7 x64.

Best regards from switzerland

Chris

It appears to be a solicitation. I have also removed reference from your post as well Anoop.
