Hi everyone,
I have several flv video files that have all been encoded with the exact same codec. Most of them play without a glitch, but I will have one or two every once in a while that plays perfectly up to a certain point and then jumps forward X number of frames then plays normal for the rest of the video's duration. This glitch occurs at the same exact point in the video everytime. I cannot diagnose it to save my sanity.
Here is the legwork I've done already.
- The videos are the exact dimensions of the screen division they appear in.
- The problem videos play without the glitches when viewing them in Resources panel of Signagestudio
- I have cleared the cache of the players thinking that maybe it was a download problem - this doesn't work.
Are other people experiencing this? Has anyone encountered and solved this?
