Not all files load at startup.
« on: August 04, 2013, 11:55:51 PM »
Hi!
I have a question, I hope you can help.

If for example, we load the new files SignageStudio a timeline that will have to play for the first time the next day.
The next day, the beginning of the plays without problem SignagePlayer what has already been updated, but when they have to play the new files loading bar appears (screen or space allocated in black) to reproduce later. So we have the black screen a few minutes or seconds until new files are loaded.

Is there any way to solve this?
To have a clean play ... Do I have to play at least once before all new content?

You are correct, the player has to fully cache the new content before it will start playing. If this is a video, you can try using FLV instead as this can be streamed and player while being cached.

The best way is to have all the files as a campaign timeline and then run the files during night or when no body is there. Then you can shift it back to normal timelines so that whenever you need to run it runs properly.
