MediaDROID 50 discontinued

Is there any chance that I can exchange tow MediaDROID 50 players for the new MediaDROID 86 players. Almost as soon as I received the MediaDROID 50 players they were discontinued and the MediaDROID 85 players were released.

Seems like bad customer service to me for Media SIgnage to have done this. When these were ordered I should have been given the option to wait for the release of the new players since the release was so close.

Please advise.
