After speaking with support... it is apparent that if you have a custom template, any content you load into the template is set at Access Key 0
Why does this matter?
We would like to provide our customers resources based on their account level -- or at a minimum, put some stuff in Access Key 0, 1 or 2
Since there is no way in the system to customize the 'resource catalog' (which would be another feature request) -- having access to Templates in the Enterprise Panel would make it easier to load content at different access key levels.
example:
Change the settings to access key 1 only and then login to template account to upload level 1 content
Repeat as needed
In the current situation, there are no controls. Which means that every person would automatically get access to ALL the content.
Alternatively, support suggested that the keys have to be changed at the account (not template) level. Well, if I have 250+ pieces of content, that is a little time consuming to change access because you cannot make max changes to properties (another feature suggestion)
