mediaDROID-50 - Campaign Not loading...

Hi guys,

Just purchased the mediaDROID-50 and have plugged it into TV and its going. It turns on as expected and we can navigate the Droid OS. When we reset it and it autoboots into the signage player, we can log into our account and it lists the campaigns. However, when we select the campaign and hit 'REgister', it just sits there with the loading bars and they don't move (stays on 0%). The same campaign plays fine on a computer and shows up in 'Stations'. The droid does not show up in stations.

Things ive tried:

• Created google play account and updated the signage palyer. T
• Reset/restarted TV and mediaDroid
• Tried different campaigns (including one with just a 60kb picture)
• Tried in both test and real mode
• Used wired and wireless networks

Need help to get this working please as it was purchased for business...

It's been a few days now...

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why it is not working? I've just loaded the SignagePlayer app on my Samsung Galaxy 1 and the campaign loads up(doesn't play - but I suspect because it s a 4 year old phone - and its rooted).

I've tried your live website support, but it doesn't load properly in IE or Google Chrome...and the one time it did, the person didn't respond to me...

Sorry, been away for 3 weeks.

Can anyone suggest anything, or should I give Digital Signage a call?
