HTML component width limited to 4000 pixel

We have the screen size = 4096x768, just one screen division with size = 4096x768.
One HTML component added to that channel  but the HTML Component just get a width = 4000 pixel. The height is okay. The result is an black band of 80 pixel on the screen.

Any solution to this? We need the HTML to fill the whole screen (4096x768)

Have you tried to contact tech support yet. You can reach them through the live chat or via their email and even by phone. Admin is not always on here, so you would get a much quicker response through those avenues.
