Problem to load external xml and txt into flash

Hello,

I'm having trouble to load .txt and .xml file into my flash aplication when they are running in mediasignage, can this be my problem or a security settings from signage ?

It is supported but only in our AIRPlayer.
And, after you upload the swf to our system, be sure to mark it as: Allow external access "Checkbox" under resources.

Once you do that, it will work.
