Images in Weather Player

I would like to know how I can change the background image in the weather player. I can change it from static to off but I would like to know how I can place a watermark image or standard hi-res image behind the weather elements. Is this possible? Thank you for your assistance!

Sure, just drag a resource from "Resources" into the Scene and go to the Outline tab and place that swf or image all the way in the back so all other objects are on top of it...
