Video Capture - Choppy

When I display video from a capture source it will play clearly for 2-3 seconds and then begin dropping frames. I resized the scene by 20% and it helps a little however it is still dropping frames and it does not scale the image. Part of it is cut off. Is there a way to resize the capture w/out part of the image being cut off?
Is there a time table for the hardware acceleration on the airplayer?

System Info: Athlon x2 2.8 , 4 gig memory, Viewcast Osprey 230 capture card.

Your hardware it not strong enough.
Until Adobe comes out with the HW acceleration you will need to use better hardware.
The $279.00 Player we are advertising can handle 29 FPS no problem with full 1920x1080 HD.

As for the resize, use a Scene and put resources on top of the Capture component as a skin OR size to exact dimensions. Note that each mfctr is different so you may  try another capture card for better results.
