Cannot Edit RSS Feed
« on: March 25, 2013, 06:48:37 AM »
Hi,

I can no longer edit my RSS feeds, I've been using the internal RSS component to create a custom feed but now when I try to edit it the RSS drop down box in the properties is blank and I'm unable to enter a URL.

Can anyone help?

Thanks
Craig

Uninstall the studio and remove everything from the cache and the reinstall. It should work

Thanks, fine now  :)

I have another problem, I've added and uploaded an FLV video, three of my players play it but one doesn't, is there some plugin or player that needs to be installed alongside signageplayer that might be missing from that PC?

Thanks

I am tired of reporting problems Studio, but nobody does anything about it. Is crashing all the time. Especially with the components of "RSS Player" and "XML Player" in the timeline. How will it be?

Now even the name of the components are appearing more, only see the icons in the list of components and timeline.

Found the problem, the PC had corrupted the video file as it downloaded, had to replace the file in the user profile\appdata etc...
