what exactly can be shared between reseller and its associated customers

What we want to do is share Screens, resources, Scenes in the Reseller-master account so that they are sharable to all customers.

what exactly can be shared? As we see it now, only resources have the 'share with everyone' checkbox.


yet, new customers start with a complete campaign.  Resources, Scenes, Timelines (helicoper stuff) setup as a default for new customers.

Please tell us how to do that as well.

or do we have to re-create every single screen layout, and Scene for every single customer?

Right now you do need to recreate the content.
However, we do plan on releasing two features to solve this:

1. Copy and paste between multiple open Studios
2. If enabled, a reseller will have greater control on managed accounts including data migration and sharing resources (all resources including campaign data).

#2 will have to be enabled within the Studio to be granted permission to do this by the Account's owner.

Should have this by year end.

This would be of great use and also whenever a new client is registered can he get few resources with our branding.

We are swamped with requested and are doing our best to release new features as soon as we can...
