Trigger A Campaign Change

My company wants have the ability to trigger a "Get out of the Building" Campaign in case of an Emergency.
Is there any way to Trigger or push a Campaign Change with out using the Studio tool?

Using our local MediaServer, is there was a command line way push out pre-designed Campaign to a Display Station.
Then I'm I sure I could engineer a the trigger needed to execute the command(s).

yes, in 3 weeks we will release the new Emergency Suit with A LOT of very cool features (and external inputs).
Feature is now in final testing stages

Dear, what is status regarding Emergency Suit ? It was at final testing stage more than 3 years ago and as far as I can see it is still not present in mediaServer?
