Enterprise and Invoice from Media Siagne

Hello

Has any Enterprise user been able to get an "official" invoice from Media Signage ?

I have been struggling to get invoices (monthly, quarterly, annualy, whatever !!) for the past 12 months, without success...

Am I missing something ? Don't US companies have to issue INVOICES to there clients ?! Real invoices including their Name, Headquarter address, VAT number, etc, etc...

You know, like real companies usually do...?

If anyone has any idea how an invoice from to get Media Signage, please tell me !!

The automatic mail that comes is just a payment receipt, we would need an invoice. I am sure you could send a quarterly invoice atleast.

I always receive a invoice on my email... but is just a text, and not all the details we need.

how can we get a real invoice like a .PDF with full details of digital signage company
name, company,adress,CIF, billing data , my company , cif company, our address, month, etc. etc. etc.

You can go to billing portal that appears at the bottom of the mediasignage website (https://secure.dynawebs.net/_php/msPortal.php).
Use the enterprise id you should be able to get a bill but then there are few things missing mainly the date:)
