White Label Reseller getting MediaSignage Logo on station reboot

As a white label reseller, you can appreciate how sensitive we are to the inadvertant direct association to our Digital Streaming Source (MediaSignage).

So you could imagine our shock when using the station reboot tool, that a 5 full second Media Signage Logo appearing on our clients display! 

Please tell us how we get our own Logo To display instead.

When you sign up as a reseller and CREATE A NEW end user account from your reseller site (so your reseller id is associated with your new end user account) than when the AIRPlayer is restarted it will show YOUR Reseller Company name and NOT MediaSignage.

Well that IS good news.

So is there any way you can convert our existing account to a white label so that we don't have to re-create and re-upload all our campaigns?
