Reseller Managment for Account Players

Hello,
Would it be possible to have the Reseller account be able to modify and manage the players at the account level? Having the ability to at least reboot and get screenshots from the reseller account would greatly improve and simplify the support aspect.  I know that you can open the studio for the account and manage players that way, but having helpdesk users in the account's studio has a larger window for accidental disasters and quite frankly makes me nervous.

We do plan on releasing an enhanced SDK / API later this year and you will easily be able to achieve these and other functions using the commands we will supply.
