Proof of play does not work!

Using latest version of studio (version 4.10.20) enable proof of play for resources within a campaign.  Save and sync, log out, log back in, proof of play checkbox not checked.  Get no statistics.  Tried multiple times on different resources.  If I enable proof of play, save and restart the channels, then wait a while and check ad analytics, no data is shown.  Logout then back in again and proof of play is disabled again.

Please check in the morning with Live chat as we are not aware of any bugs like that, maybe it has to do with your privileges settings.

And you can also try clearing the studio cache

Close Studio

In XP
Delete C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Application Data\SignageStudio.XXX
(USER_NAME = logged on windows XP user)

In Windows 7 / Vista
Delete C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\SignageStudio.XXX
To get to this folder, Click on Start, and on the search field type %appdata% hit enter, and then delete the SignageStudio.xxxx folder.

then run the tests again.
