Parts of the HTML page are missing and I can't scroll across with a mouse because the scroll bars dissapear. they should stay to allow users to navigate to missing information. Wheel allows users to move up and down but the touch screen drag up and down and across is not working so you need to provide scroll bars in full screen mode and get the touch screen working.
