Author Topic: Having just upgraded - cannot seem to find out how to login to reseller studio .  (Read 3921 times)

Hi Guys,
Can anyone help with advice, as online chat is closed, how we can now log into the reseller studio now we have upgraded to the ENTERPRISE edition.  Not sure how the 'logic' is working!
Any assistance would be much appreciated.
Maybe I'm just THICK!  :-[

I seem to remember just accidentally figuring it out. Use the new username you created I think and the password. Don't use the email address. Try that. Sorry if it is to vague or of no help.

click file > logout, and login back to same Studio, but this time provide the user and password you picked for your Enterprise credentials when upgraded.

Oh dear I feel another "silver surfer" moment coming on ...
How can one request the reseller username and password? I fear I must have thought the same original logon with email address did both accounts.
