I am not sure if this is a bug or just a new request. for the few things I use the scene builder for, it is great that we can align objects with each other. It would be just as nice if we could also align objects with the stage. If I have an object that I want centered on stage I would have to calculate the dimensions of the object to figure out where to place the object since everything is anchored by the top left point.
