SignagePlayer - SWF Issue
« on: December 22, 2012, 09:09:05 AM »
Hello,

I have issue with SignagePlayer. It worked about a month on Win7. I set new application in SignageStudio for weather in SWF format. It works 2 Days. Today i have a Problem. As soon as queue approaches to weather, the player is closed.

Could you help me!
Have somebody any ideas?

Thanks!

The Weather swf is yours or our Weather component?

Hi,
Weather component is taken from software producer of content for Digitalsignage. It worked 2 Days, now the SignagePlayer shuts down on swf weather. Weather updates every 15 minutes.
Thanks for the reply.

@Akba,

Admin might know, but I have no idea what you are talking about when you say "software producer of content for Digitalsignage". You mention a SWF. Is this a file that you had a programmer build for you? Can you email me a copy so I can take a look at it for you? You can just PM me directly if you wish.

What Player version are you running?
Are you on a Mac or Windows OS?
How was the SWF created?

Chris
