Android Stick: how to display content without the Android system bar?

Hi!

I want to display artwork slides on a couple of screens here at work. Currently testing the waters with digitalsignage.com. Just got me an Android HDMI stick and plugged it into the TV. Got a connection. So far so good.

Now I want to display the content full screen, so without the Android system bar and navigation bar, like when I play a movie using a program like Plex.

Is there a setting to achieve that? I sort of expected a checkbox "Display Full Screen" to be in the Android Player, but that app is still in it's infancy I quess. So is there a workaround?
