is there a media droid section for help?

I turn the droid on follow all promps, resolution is set conected to my wi-fi, click signage controler, default server, press conect and screen stays on screen....now what? :(

just ordered the  Ethernet dongle $19.00 hope that helps in setup....

how do i do that if even after claering data it still will not connect?
