Any Android device that has a dual core 1.6GHz or better should work well for lower resolution presentations.
I would recommend our mediaDROID ZX since

1. It has special baked OS for our purpuse
2. No task bar
3. built in watch dog
4. comes with FREE wifi remote control app (release later this week)
5. We will continue and support it in future builds

Our Android App will only use the internal /sdcard directory that's part of the native Android install.
The external / detachable /sdcard mount is not used by our Android App.
Hope that clears things up for you.

Regards.
