ghost image on screen

mediaDROID ZX is up and running test screen is set at 1280x720 at 60 hz runnning a scene template and the tesx is originaly on pc as white with black edge on mediaDROID ZX  screen it is white and black and an overlay of green ...like a ghost image....

kernel version 3.0.8+
is that right?

Ok ,dumb question if this droid is plugged into a tv screen how can i install....this update?

The proper way is to install from here http://android.digitalsignage.com so the player will always auto update.
Just be sure to open a gmail account if you don't have one so you can access the Google Play store.

well that would be nice if it would just be able to access the internet to get a download from there


per my last unanswered post.....:I turn the droid on follow all promps, resolution is set, conected to my wi-fi, click signage controler, default server, press sinage player launch, i see checking internet connection,  and screen staysthere....now what?

after an hour i did it....now it is updated .Do I have to update all my  droids the same way?

seems to be more responsive and a lot more clear image video on you tube voice not matching yet....

Go to Advanced Settings and enable wifi (and configure wifi) or enable Ethernet if you got the Ethernet dongle.
All this is explained in the Flyer you received with your mediaDROID.
