Hiring support for a project

Dear sirs,

I have a project and I would like to work with Media Signage Products
It is a Digital Menu and entertainment displays for a restaurant with 30 branches, 6 screens for each restaurant.

I´m really new in DS so I´m looking for an outsorcing, consulting. A experienced Digital Signage Company (recognized by Media Signage) that can provide me with strong support. I mean, to work side by side with one person of the staff and if possible to have this person in Managua, Nicaragua (payment, hotel, travel, etc included) for a few days at the begining of the project (second or third week of december)?

Any ideas or recomendation are wellcome.
